All KATE LAM JEWELRY pieces are made from premium Japanese beads Toho and Miyuki, known for their quality and durability. Thanks to their polished edges, the beads do not damage the thread, ensuring that with proper care, your jewelry will last for many years.

Store your pieces in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Our signature jewelry boxes are ideal for this. Avoid contact with water, perfume, and cosmetics. Handle your jewelry with care to prevent breakage, scratches, or tangling. Try not to drop the pieces on hard surfaces to avoid bead damage.

After payment, you will automatically receive a purchase receipt by email.
Custom orders are paid once all details are agreed upon. Payment is made via a provided link.

Orders are shipped from Vietnam via Vietnam Post. Dispatch takes place within 3 business days (depending on flight availability) after the order is placed. Delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is booked on a flight.

Shipping is free of charge - this is our gift to you.

If you would like your order to be delivered by courier, EMS / UPS or another express service, this can be arranged individually and will be at the buyer’s expense. For all shipping-related inquiries, please contact us at kate.lamteva@gmail.com.

If a parcel is not collected, it will be returned to us. For resending, an additional payment will be required: both the return shipping cost and the full cost of reshipping according to the carrier’s rates.

Unfortunately, there are places where shipping from Vietnam is unavailable: Ukraine, Belarus, Costa Rica, Bali. If you are ordering outside Russia or Europe, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery availability.

Items purchased from stock may be returned if the following conditions are met:
• Visible defects are found on the product;
• The original packaging is preserved;
• The item has not been used or worn and remains in its original condition;
• The return is initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Custom-made jewelry is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Items with individual specifications (made-to-order with personalized parameters) that are of proper quality cannot be returned or exchanged in accordance with Article 26.1 of the Law on Consumer Protection.
